Making Mini Books (1 inch Scale)
Making your own books allows you to create books that will fit in perfectly with your miniature scenes. In this 2-1/2 hour miniature book workshop in one-inch scale I will introduce you to two different book-making constructions–an open (non-closing) book and a very simple leather-look journal (non-opening). In addition to completing the two books, we will also make two aged document bundles that can be tucked in a desk, a drawer, or even hidden away in an attic. And lastly we will assemble a laser-cut bookstand to hold your open book. 1″ scale
Please bring sharp scissors for cutting paper and tweezers–all other tools and materials will be provided by the instructor.
