Join us at the Minnesota Miniature Show for this teeny tiny class! You will learn how to use polymer clay, UV resin, chalk pastels, and a variety tools to create this realistic 1:12 scale set of Chicken Kabobs. All materials will be provided.
The Heirloom Chair Workshop

Create a Romantic French Cottage Miniature Chair
In this hands-on workshop, students will transform a simple miniature chair into a one-of-a-kind heirloom-inspired piece layered with velvet, lace, soft distressing, and vintage French charm. Inspired by romantic cottages and collected European interiors, this class focuses on creating miniature furniture that feels storied, timeless, and artfully worn.
Students will learn:
Soft layered paint techniques
Upholstering with velvet and textiles
Adding lace and dimensional embellishments
Creating an authentic timeworn finish
Styling details that bring miniature furniture to life
Each participant will leave with a completed 1:12 scale chair perfect for dollhouses, roomboxes, or decorative display.
